At the Cooperative, Paul's ministry is focused in three areas: teaching, writing, and organizing.

To that end, his responsibilities include:

• Coordinating our groups and classes
• Serving as the church webmaster
• Writing and creating podcasts of the Weekly Devotional
• Recording and editing podcasts of the 10:00 sermon
• Organizing and training worship and prayer assistants
• Organizing and training the sound team
• Occasional musical leadership (composition and performance)
• Occasional preaching

Paul is a 2002 graduate of Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon (with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Theory & Composition) and a 2007 graduate of Luther Seminary in Saint Paul, Minnesota (with a Master of Arts degree in Ministry in Daily Life).

Paul is married to Michelle Adams, who is a freelance web designer, jazz drummer, and the director of the Cooperative's praise team. In his free time, Paul enjoys playing video games, board games, and jazz piano gigs; riding his bike and his motorcycle (not at the same time), and working in his vegetable garden.
