What is a labyrinth?
A labyrinth may take several forms, but it is an ancient aid to prayer that utilizes a stylized path that the person walks while praying.
The pattern of the Labyrinth at Parkview Center, like many around the world, is based on the Chartres Cathedral labyrinth in France.
There is something quietly soothing that helps us to open our hearts to God when we walk in an outdoor place of natural beauty. Many people find that prayerfully walking the labyrinth is an especially powerful way to experience the presence of God.
