A self-supporting community garden providing fresh produce
to members and the McMinnville YCAP Food Bank
The McMinnville Community Garden exists to:
– Provide fresh produce to help feed people who are at nutritional risk in Yamhill County
-Enable members to grow food for their families and the food bank
– Encourage members of the community to participate and learn about sustainable gardening practices
-Continue as a self-supporting community garden
The Community Garden offers two membership options:
Garden Volunteers help with planting, general maintenance, and harvesting
Personal Row Gardeners pay a yearly rental for a raised bed in which to grow their own produce
